Some event platforms provide APIs for direct data exchange. Most don't. Calzine uses both strategies simultaneously — so whether a platform has an API or not, your events get into your calendar.
Direct API integrations
For platforms with robust APIs (Google Calendar, Zoom, Calendly), Calzine connects directly and fetches structured event data in real time.
AI email parsing
For everything else — Eventbrite, Meetup, travel bookings, appointments — Calzine reads the confirmation email and extracts event data using AI.

The primary ingestion source. Calzine connects to Gmail via OAuth to read event-related emails and trigger extraction workflows.
The sync destination. All detected and approved events are written into Google Calendar through the official API.

Calendly bookings sync automatically when scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled with join links and invitee details.

These platforms don't offer direct calendar integrations — but they all send confirmation emails. Calzine reads those emails and extracts everything needed.
